Bunker?

The world is filled with endless pleasure, happiness, pain, suffering, responsibilities and relationships. Duty calls in finding balance through continuous evaluation of priorities. Hiding from the demands of life is not an option. A Bunker is a defensive fortification designed to protect. Daily retreats to a Bunker are required so that balance can be maintained through the hyper development of focus and physical training.

Focus

Develop the ability to sit quietly and do nothing. We are distracted and don’t know what’s good for us. Continuous attempts at focusing the mind (i.e. meditation) help build discipline, clear thinking and a connection to the spiritual self.

Physical Training

Optimize physical competence in cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, speed, power, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility by incorporating sound nutrition, and varying/mixing metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting into daily training sessions. This functional training produces the likes of soldiers and first responders, guaranteed to increase the only thing that matters: your capacity to work.

Outside the Bunker

The daily practice inside the Bunker enables us to live better outside the Bunker. Yes, it can be that simple.
